The DCR-PC106 is a pocket sized DV camcorder that comes with a Handycam docking station that provides all the features needed to share, transfer and playback digital video. Stylish, conveniently sized and always ready to use the DCR-PC106 provides a perfect picture with high quality lenses and superior image processing.
Slotting the camcorder into the cradle via a simple docking interface gives it immediate access to high speed USB and i.LINK interfaces, an audio/video (A/V) connector for TV and Video use and DC power for charging the battery. The camcorder has i.LINK, USB and power connections onboard, allowing users basic connectivity functions on the move, but full and easy connection to a TV or PC with the Handycam Station when they need it.
The latest ‘Hybrid’ 2.5” LCD screen provides a very bright picture and uses a unique blend of transmitted and reflected light to maintain clarity in high contrast situations. For beginners, an Easy Handycam button on the camcorder now provides a one-step solution for ease of use. The PC106 comes bundled with Picture Package software for adding music to video and burning to a compatible PC’s CD via the i.LINK connection.
