The WB1000 comes with 12.2 mega pixels and the world-renowned Schneider-KREUZNACH HD Optics Lens for incredibly clear, rich and accurate colour reproduction. It combines a 24mm ultra wide angle lens with a 5x zoom, letting you can fit more in frame while delivering a deeper perspective.

The WB1000's sleek 3" AMOLED display with hVGA resolution provides darker blacks and true bright colour thanks to the 10,000:1 contrast ratio. It also reduces the glare from direct sunlight, so you can easily view your images in any condition, while consuming less power then a LCD backlight display.

Touch complete control.
Great shots have to be caught in a split second. With a whole new approach to manual control, the Smart Control Dial lets you set the aperture and shutter speed as quick as the world moves. Just the turn of a finger and you can finely tune the white balance and colour temperature for truer, richer colours. The spin dial also lets you quickly flip from Auto Focus to Manual Focus or directly to your photos.

The WB1000 has the ability to record your movies in HD-quality of 720p resolution at 30 ftps. The latest H.264 compression format enable more then 3x the recording time compared to the previous format, surpassing the capabilities of a digital camcorder.

Samsung's innovative Smart Auto makes your photos come out perfect every time, no matter what the condition. The scene recognition technology automatically chooses from 11 settings like Portrait, Night, Backlight, Landscape and White, finding the right setting for the perfect image.

Blurry images can be cause by many factors, such as hand shaking, zooming, or insufficient light. Dual Image Stabilization correct your images by combining two forms of advanced technology; Optical Image Stabilization and Digital Image Stabilization. Together, the tiniest blurs are corrected, and your images come out clear with crisp detail.

Easily sort through your photos.
Samsung's Smart Album automatically organizes all your thousands of photos based on date, content, colours, themes, and file type. Frame Guide.
The WB1000's Frame Guide allows you to set up the angle of the shot and compose the photo exactly the way you want it. Now you can set up your frame, and let someone else take the picture exactly as you want it.

Recycle Bin.
After deleting your photos, the WB100 leaves every shot in a temporary file called the Recycle Bin, allowing you to access images that were accidentally deleted.
