The key019, one of two new imaging products in the 2004 Key Ring range, is roughly half the size of a mobile phone, making it small enough to take anywhere – ensure that consumers never have to miss a memorable moment ever again.
Capable of up to 25 minutes continuous video recording using the international open standard for high quality digital video recording, MPEG-4. The Wearable Camcorder can also snap up to 200 still pictures with 2 mega-pixel imaging quality - anywhere and any time inspiration strikes.
With a single button controlling the action, and a USB connection providing a link to a PC, the key019 is as plug-and-play easy to operate as it is easy to carry around. The USB connection makes it quick and easy to transfer video or photos to a PC for sharing with friends and family.
The key019’s versatility is also underlined by the fact it can store and play back audio files in its 128MB memory – enough for two hours of MP3 music, or four hours of WMA format tracks.
Furthermore, the key019 can be used as a 128MB USB memory drive, enabling documents and other data to be stored securely and transferred to a PC. The USB connection also enables direct recharging of the battery via a PC.
The key019 features colored LEDs which indicate operation status, allowing users to quickly determine if the unit is on, charging, recording or transferring data. A micro-display viewfinder allows users to accurately frame the subject for capturing digital pictures or video and view or playback the results. The key019 also includes a five-key remote control for trouble-free playback.
