Fujifilm is extremely proud to introduce the FinePix F200EXR, the first camera to feature the revolutionary Super CCD EXR Sensor. Following a long line of award-winning F-series models, the FinePix F200EXR compact camera is breaking new ground in terms of image quality, and and is able to achieve unprecedented levels of detail in difficult low-light conditions.

The NEW, switchable, EXR sensor has been designed to work in three ways, delivering optimal results for high resolution; high contrast; and low-light photography. It’s totally flexible too; users can simply set it to EXR Auto for point-and-shoot photography, or take advantage of the manual settings for full creative control.

A combination of the superb EXR sensor with a powerful 5x wide-angle Fujinon optical zoom lens make this a compact to be reckoned with. Playing back your pictures is an absolute dream on the large, clear 3" LCD screen.

Versatile Zoom

The FinePix F200EXR offers a hugely versatile Fujinon 5x wide-angle zoom lens. With razor sharp Fujinon optics to ensure that everything is captured in breathtaking detail, edge to edge, corner to corner.

The 28mm wide-angle lens is perfect for capturing sweeping landscapes and large groups of people. At the telephoto the zoom extends to an impressive 140mm, bringing distant subjects much closer to you.

Advanced Image Stabilisation system

Dual IS LogoThe FinePix F200EXR features Fujifilm's highly effective Dual Image Stabilisation to combat image blur. By combining Super CCD EXR's class-leading high sensitivity and lens-shift stabiliser, the FinePix F2000EXR is able to combat blur caused by both subject movement and camera shake.

Super Intelligent Flash

Conventional cameras often produce washed out flash shots when photographing anything too close to the lens. The FinePix F200EXR's new Super Intelligent Flash system makes it easy to capture bright, clear and natural detail when using flash across the entire 5x zoom range, even in Macro mode.

Perfect People Pictures

Fujifilm's fast and powerful Face Detection 3.0 technology optimises the camera's settings to ensure faces are captured with perfect focus, colour and exposure. The technology is so clever that is can quickly detect faces at extreme angles, in profile and at 360 degrees.

Ban red-eye for good!

Featuring in-built red-eye removal, the F200EXR removes any red-eye automatically, during picture taking.

Film Simulation

A high-speed continuous shooting mode allows you to shoot up to 12 frames in a burst* (at 5 fps), perfect to capture fast moving subjects. *At 3MP or lower

Scene Modes

A choice of 15 easy to select shooting modes are designed give you the very best results from a wide range of possible shooting scenarios. All you have to do is choose the type of scene you are shooting, such as Firework, Beach, Night, Snow (and many more), and the camera automatically optimises every setting from shutter speed to white balance to capture the perfect shot.

Underwater White Balance

If you're a keen diver then the F200EXR's waterproof case (WPFX-F200 sold separately) will really appeal to you. It allows you to take the FinePix F200EXR to depths of 40m. Featuring a dedicated Underwater White Balance mode, the F200EXR adjusts the colour balance for enhanced blues and increased reds which are otherwise lost underwater.

Natural light with flash

Natural Light LogoCan't decide whether a flash is required? When using this mode, the camera takes two shots simultaneously, one with flash and one without, allowing you to choose the best one or keep both!

Super model mode!

Ensuring silky smooth skin tones & banishing blemishes is easy with Fujifilm's Portrait enhancer mode. Using Fujifilm's proprietary “Double Noise Reduction” image processing and Face Detection technology, it captures and retouches your portraits without any intervention needed.

Multi-Memory Compatibility

The FinePix F200EXR is compatible with: xD, SD and SDHC memory cards to store & transfer your photos. This will give you the flexibility to buy the card you want, use cards from previous cameras, or choose the media that fits with your other desktop devices like laptops, PDAs or card readers. There's also 48MB of internal memory to give you an extra back up.
