The FinePix F410 Zoom is the first digital camera to use Fuji Photo Film's new fourth-generation Super CCD HR (High Resolution) imager. The camera, which has 3.1 million effective pixels, provides first-time digital camera users with increased resolution, sensitivity and color reproduction, and produces high quality images. In addition, the camera's sleek and lightweight design is sure to win style points from consumers.
The F410 Zoom's Super CCD HR sensor uses 3.1 million effective pixels on its 1/2.7" chip, and can produce high-resolution images with 2816 x 2120 (6.0 million) recorded pixels. This allows consumers to print crisp and vivid prints up to 11 x 14 inches in size. The camera employs an all-glass Super Fujinon 3x optical zoom lens and displays images and movies on its high resolution 1.5-inch color TFT monitor.
The F410 Zoom also captures motion video with sound at 10 frames per second. The larger 320x240 resolution movies and the smaller 160x120 movies are limited in length only by the amount of available storage space. With the supplied 16MB xD-Picture card you can store up to 98 seconds of 320x240 or 5.6 minutes of 160x120 motion video in Windows AVI format. And when you're not capturing still images or movies the camera can be used as a PC-Cam with full video conferencing capabilities.
The camera is supplied with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack and charger / AC power supply. Still images and movies are stored on removeable xD-Picture Card media, a 16MB card is included and there are xD-Picture cards available up to 256MB.
