The FS100 is an ultra-compact, lightweight camcorder that you can take anywhere. It records to SD or SDHC memory cards, doing away with the need to accommodate bulky media such as tapes. Super-stylish, it looks as good as the movies it shoots.

Memory card recording
Recording directly to memory cards, the FS100 makes sharing movies easy – give cards to friends, or insert a card into a compatible card reader to transfer video to a computer. Card sizes are constantly increasing, so the FS100’s capacity grows as technology advances.

45x Advanced Zoom
Capture even far-off events – such as football match or a concert – in every detail with a 45x Advanced Zoom. The combination of a genuine Canon video lens and powerful DIGIC DV II processing provides incredibly long range.

The FS100 is also a high quality digital stills cameras including features such as Auto Exposure Bracketing, continuous shooting and a histogram display. DIGIC DV II records colours that look great in printed photos.

High speed transfer
With a USB 2.0 Hi Speed connection, all you need is a single cable to transfer movies and photos to a computer.

DVDs made easy
The DW-100 – Canon’s standalone DVD burner – is the perfect partner for the FS100. At the push of a button, movies are burned straight to disc. Discs are compatible with ordinary home DVD players.

Pixela ImageMixer(TM) 3 SE lets you organise, play back and edit your video clips, then convert them to alternative file formats. The software also offers DVD creation features – another easy way to share footage.
